Fix up Mouse Pointer support and use in gfx.hidd and graphics.library

Applications etc should be able to change the active mouse pointer correctly.
Fix up Hardware & Software Alpha channel support in graphics.library and gfx.hidd

1. Must enable atleast one hardware alpha capable driver to demonstrate functionality.
2. Must also provide a test application demonstrating it in use. Implement cgfxvideo.library overlay support in aros, preferably using the existing gfx.hidds in a similar manner to how graphics.library works.
3. Graphic drivers should provide methods/attributes that cgfxvideo.library uses to access / control overlay information.
4. An example application should be provided (ported apps also accepted) displaying video overlays in action.
